A strange alien creature that seems to have 'adapted' to some of Earth's more colourful neon-lit cities by mimicking some of the colours. Markings and white parts glow, and their insides/flesh is a white colour. Larger forearms are for movement and brute force, while the secondary are for more delicate processes like buying conspiracy theory books online, shaking hands and using vending machines. Though one could argue the truck-crushing arms could probably use them too, albeit a less delicate way. Either way, they seem entirely benevolent, quite fond of it's unique aesthetic it's developed.
